Last updated September 29, 2026.
Who this covers
This policy covers firstchoicebusinessfunding.com and the First Choice Business Funding application. First Choice Business Funding helps businesses find and compare financing. We are not a lender.
What we collect
- What you give us: your name, business name, email address and phone number; the amount of funding you want, how long the business has operated, its monthly sales and what the funding is for. If you continue to our partner's full application, details such as business address, tax ID, ownership, bank statements and identification are collected there.
- As you go: information you enter is saved as you complete each step of the application, including if you do not finish it. We use it to help you finish your application and to follow up with you.
- Automatically: your IP address, browser and device, the pages you visit, the campaign link you arrived from, and how you move through the application, through cookies and similar tools, including Umami analytics.
- From others: phone and email validation results, and, if you apply, credit reports and business information from credit bureaus and data providers.
- Calls: recordings and notes of calls, which may be monitored and recorded.
How we use it
To process your application and find funding options for your business; to contact you by phone, text and email about your application and business funding, as described in our Terms of Acceptance and SMS Terms; to verify information and prevent fraud; to understand and improve our site and application; and to meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
- LendSeek, our funding partner, which receives and manages applications, completes the full application, and may call and text you about it.
- Lenders and funding providers in our network, so they can evaluate your business and make you an offer. We share with them at your direction when you apply.
- Service providers that work for us, including Boomsourcing, which contacts applicants on our behalf, and providers of customer-relationship management, calling, texting, email, phone and email validation, analytics and hosting services. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
- For legal reasons: to comply with law or legal process, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties except service providers that send messages on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information for money.
Your choices
- Texts: reply STOP.
- Calls: tell the caller, or email [email protected].
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Anything else: email [email protected].
We honor opt-out requests made by any reasonable means within 10 business days.

Advertising, remarketing and sharing with LendSeek
This site carries the Google Ads tag. When you visit, Google sets a cookie in your browser that records the visit: the pages you viewed, when, and an identifier for your browser. It does not record the name, phone number, email or answers you give in the application.
First Choice Business Funding works with LendSeek (lendseek.com), a business funding company. LendSeek uses those records, through its Google Ads account, to show you ads for business funding on other websites and apps. Under California law that may be "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and some other states treat it as targeted advertising.
You can opt out on Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. This site also honors Global Privacy Control: a browser that sends it is opted out automatically. You can also manage how Google uses your data at adssettings.google.com, and opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at optout.aboutads.info.
