Terms of Acceptance

1. Who we are

First Choice Business Funding ("First Choice", "we", "us") helps businesses find and compare financing. We are not a lender and we do not make credit decisions. We work with our funding partner, LendSeek, which receives your application, and with a network of lenders and funding providers, who decide whether to make an offer and on what terms. We also use service providers, including Boomsourcing, to contact applicants on our behalf.

2. Your application

Our application is for business funding only. We do not arrange personal, household or consumer loans. By applying, you confirm that you are requesting funding for a business, that you are an owner or authorized representative of that business, and that you have the authority to agree to these terms for yourself, the business and its owners.

By selecting Submit Application, you certify that the information you provide is true, correct and complete, and you agree to tell us if it changes.

Information you enter is saved as you complete each step of the application, including if you do not finish it, so that we can help you complete it. See our Privacy Policy.

3. Sharing your information and credit reports

You authorize First Choice, LendSeek and the lenders and funding providers we work with to use and share the information in your application to evaluate the business for funding and to verify it, and to obtain business and personal credit reports and other information about the business and its owners and principals from credit bureaus and other third parties. A lender may use a credit report in deciding whether to make an offer.

4. Calls and text messages

By selecting Continue after entering your contact details in our application, you give your express written consent for First Choice Business Funding, LendSeek, and companies calling or texting on their behalf, including Boomsourcing, to contact you about business funding and related services at the phone number you entered. These calls and texts may be made using an automatic telephone dialing system, an artificial or AI-generated voice, or a prerecorded message. Your consent applies even if your number is on a federal, state or company Do-Not-Call list.

• Consent is not required to receive funding.
• You confirm you are the subscriber or regular user of the number you gave us. If that number is reassigned to someone else, please tell us.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts and HELP for help. See our SMS Terms.
• You can withdraw your consent at any time and by any reasonable means: reply STOP to a text, tell the person who calls you, or email [email protected]. We honor requests promptly and within 10 business days.
• Calls may be monitored and recorded for quality, training and compliance.
• We contact you only between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. in your local time, or narrower hours where your state requires it.

5. Email

You agree that First Choice and LendSeek may email you at the address you entered about your application and about business funding. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also email [email protected] or unsubscribe here.

6. No obligation, no application fee

Applying is free and does not obligate you to accept any offer. There is no application fee. First Choice is paid by the funding provider if a deal closes. Submitting an application does not guarantee that you will receive an offer, or any particular amount, rate, term or funding time. Any funding is subject to the lender's own review, approval and agreement, and the terms in that agreement govern.

7. Electronic signature and records

You agree that selecting Continue and Submit Application in our application is your electronic signature, with the same effect as a handwritten one, and that we may provide notices, disclosures and records to you electronically. You can ask for a paper copy by emailing [email protected].

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you apply applies to your application. Questions: email [email protected].
